Today started me journey of weight loss and a healthier life. And it started nice and early, 6 AM.
My workouts are going to go as fallows....
MWF - Ride the bike for 30 minutes, starting at 6.
TTH - Ride the bike for 30 minuted, starting at 5:30 so I can be done before Ryan leaves to go to his work out.
S- Ride bike for 30 minutes at 6 or 7.
In the next week or so I will be joining Curves and that will be my workout on MWF.
The Diet isn't as easy. It's hard to change the way you eat over night. I'm running around with two little boys who like snacks and drinks and I find myself eating right along with them.
But I know me and the way I am. I can only focus on one thing at at time and that one thing will be the exercise. I will "watch what I eat" but focus for the first few weeks will be getting up and getting moving.
